Emotional Sobriety
Emotional sobriety is an ongoing part of recovery, including for those of us who have been sober for many years. These recordings and resources grew out of the Emotional Sobriety webinar hosted by Freethinkers Living Sober beginning on August 29, 2020, and continuing each month with the workshops that followed.
Freethinkers Living Sober is a secular A.A. group based in the Verde Valley of Arizona. We welcome exploration of emotional sobriety through different experiences and perspectives.
